Kelly Ripa Without Makeup

One of the most appealing things about former soap star and 'Live! With Kelly and Michael' host Kelly Ripa is her girl-next-door nature. That intangible element is visible in this pic of the perky breakfast gabfest host without a trace of makeup.

Ripa was bare-faced and beautiful in NYC in 2010, using her oversized and fashionable sunnies as a makeshift headband to keep loose pieces of hair out of her face.

She still looks like Kelly Ripa without tons of product and all that enhanced studio lighting. Not bad for a Jersey girl done good.
