Kelly Rowland Confirms Gender of Beyonce’s Baby

Although it was rumored that soon-to-be-parents Beyonce and Jay-Z would be expecting a baby girl, it looks like the reports are true thanks to Kelly Rowland. While doing press in London, the 'Motivation' singer let it slip that the gender of Bey-Bey's upcoming newborn is, indeed, a girl.

According to Winnipeg Free Press, K. Row told an interviewer: "I have no idea what I'm going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible. She won't be spoiled but she will be very well looked-after."

Rowland, who was recently honored at the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London, seems anxious for the baby's arrival. "I'll be on hand for babysitting duties and I'm actually very good with messy diapers," she says.

When asked if Beyonce's pregnancy has made her want to have a baby, herself, Rowland insist that she was in no rush for motherhood. "I'm not broody," she says. "I have five friends who are pregnant right now and so I will be borrowing their babies to play with."

Despite the media frenzy surrounding Jay-Z and Beyonce's baby, Rowland couldn't be more thrilled about the new addition to the family. "I'm so happy for my sister and her husband," she says. "They're so happy in this moment right now, as they should be. They've made a little bundle of love, I'm so excited for them."
