Kelly Rowland has another potential summer hit on her hands with 'Lay It on Me,' a new song that features Big Sean and appears on her 'Here I Am' album.

The former Destiny's Child singer was recently named a judge on the UK version of 'X Factor,' which could boost her record sales, if history is any indication. But Rowland's new music is so good, it would probably light up the charts without the extra attention. Rowland's current hit 'Motivation' reached No. 1 on the R&B charts, and 'Lay It on Me' is good enough to do the same.

While the lyrics of her latest song are similar to the sexually-charged message of 'Motivation,' the tone is entirely different. Colorful synths introduce 'Lay It on Me' and remain in the background, but the breezy song is driven more by a poppy piano melody.

Rowland's delivery is relaxed and assured as she repeats the song title, and Big Sean drops a handful of double entendres into his brief verse that suggest he's ready to do exactly as Rowland commands. "Call my d--- curiosity, cause it killed the cat / And satisfaction brought it back," he raps.

'Here I Am,' Rowland's third solo album, drops on July 26. It's the follow-up to 2007's 'Ms. Kelly,' which became her first Top 10 album.
