Kelly Rowland is showing off her seductive side in her new video for 'Motivation,' the latest song from her third as-yet-untitled album due out this year. With the help of Lil Wayne, the former Destiny's Child is able to radiate sexiness from start to finish.

'Motivation' takes place in a dark warehouse where couples are indulging in their desires. Glistening bodies are slithering against each other, while Rowland leads a troupe of hard-bodied dancers in her not-so-modest one-piece. "Baby, I'm gonna be your motivation," she declares.

Later, Weezy drops his minimalist verse, which is filled with innuendos. "Yeah this is deep, but I go deeper / Make you lose yourself, and finders keepers." The rapper never appears side-by-side with Rowland in the video, but she has plenty of other male suitors to keep her attention.

“‘Motivation’ makes me feel extremely, über-duber sexy,” Rowland tells MTV News. “It has that personality and characteristic to it that I don’t think anybody can deny. That’s why when Wayne dropped that insane verse on there … I was like, ‘You really brought that up even more.’ He went into the studio and just did it. I don’t think it takes much for Wayne to think. He just does it. He’s so admirable.”
