On the second episode of his new FUSE talk show, 'Talking to Strangers,' Cee Lo Green sat down with diva Keri Hilson. He went deep with the singer/songwriter about her career and family, and extracted some interesting nuggets of info from Hilson, who was rocking a serious pair of high-heeled booties that any fashionista would covet. The show's title is a misnomer, since Cee Lo is warm, inviting and asks all the right questions, so much so that it's like he's talking with old friends.

Hilson, whose glittery eye makeup was banging and flawless, revealed that she began listening to music from a technical standpoint earlier than her peers, admitting that she was paying attention to things like form and structure when she was only 9 or 10 years old, so she got a head start on the songwriting craft at an the early age.

When Cee Lo asked her how she balances her personal and professional life, which is something most busy celebs and pop stars struggle with, Hilson said, "You just gotta steal moments. If I am home for 12
hours, I make sure to see my family." She obviously has her priorities in line, as she is one of five, so she has plenty of family to steal those precious, few and far between moments with.

Cee Lo also asked a terrific question of Hilson, who is also a songwriter known for penning hits for other pop stars. He asked if she has a preference between being a singer or a songwriter and Hilson declared, "I like to have my cake and eat it too. I can't have one without the other."

It was quite an informative fireside chat between Cee Lo and Hilson, that's for sure.

Hilson also performed 'Knock You Down.'
