The oldest Jonas brother, Kevin, and his wife are getting a reality show on the E! network. Called 'Married to Jonas,' the series will focus on Kevin's marriage to Danielle Deleasa, as well as his efforts to record a new album with his brothers.

Ryan Seacrest, who will co-executive produce the show, tells Entertainment Weekly what inspired the series:

I vividly recall believing from the very first time that I met them that the Jonas Brothers would, without a doubt, become a worldwide cultural sensation. When we learned that Dani married Kevin, our production team became curious about what life would be like for a young bride entering the excitement, and sometimes chaos, of a pop star’s life. Looking through the lens of young love, the show will examine the ups and downs of Dani and Kevin’s marriage, against the backdrop of their contrasting family cultures, traditions and individual careers.

Lisa Berger, president of entertainment programming for E!, explains, “The series presents a unique look at a young couple and their families from two entirely different worlds, one small town and one dealing with international fame, coming together as one and starting a whole new life together.”

Deleasa, who comes from a large Italian family, married Jonas three years ago, when the trio was still at its commercial peak. The Jonas Brothers have not released an album since 2009's 'Lines, Vines and Trying Times,' which debuted at No. 1.

Kevin previously said about the group's reunion, "Joe and Nick have both been able to release amazing projects, and I’m so proud of them for that. We’re all doing different things and experiencing different parts of life, and getting together again — I think it’s going to be lots of fun.”

'Married to Jonas' is schedule to premiere on E! on Aug. 19 at 10PM ET.
