Khloe Kardashian and Kendall Jenner recently attended an LA Clippers game, which is par for the course in the celebrity stratosphere. Famous people attend basketball games with such frequency, it may be the sole reason some of us have even familiar with various sports teams. Considering how common courtside star sightings are, one would think said celebrity's presence would be met with a lukewarm reception — or at least a sort of resigned indignation if they show up on the Jumbotron. But according to numerous reports, Khloe and Kendall were absolutely not welcome at the Clippers game. They were actually booed by the crowd.

Details are scarce, but according to a tweet from ESPN writer Arash Markazi, spectators voiced their negative reaction as soon as reality stars' faces flashed onscreen. The camera mercifully panned away soon after. It isn't hard to imagine the scenario -- showing celebrities onscreen at a game is expected, but so is booing when people are upset. The mere presence of a Kardashian and a Jenner was enough to send this particular crowd into a tailspin of verbal fury.

Of course, Khloe frequently attended Clippers games back when she was married to former player Lamar Odom. Perhaps the booing was a form of solidarity on the part of disgruntled basketball fans, even though he's no longer with the team (or any team)? Maybe the Kardashian media saturation was too much to bear. Or maybe we're all just brains floating in a giant vat of gelatin somewhere.

Perez Hilton further stated the obvious, reporting that the sisters were visibly embarrassed moments after being publicly reviled by a large crowd of people.
