Khloe Kardashian to Make Medical Decisions for Lamar Odom

Despite filing for divorce from Lamar Odom two years ago, Khloe Kardashian has reportedly been tasked with making the difficult medical decisions for her ex-husband while he remains in a coma at a Las Vegas hospital.

According to PEOPLE, despite the fact that Khloe and Lamar signed their divorce papers earlier this year (after initially filing nearly two years ago), a judge has yet to sign off on them. This means the two are still legally married, and Khloe is reportedly currently in charge of Lamar’s medical care.

A source told PEOPLE, “He never signed a living will, so Khloe is making decisions for him…[It’s] very stressful. She’s lost.”

The source also told PEOPLE that the Kardashians are “pretty sure this is goodbye, but they’re praying for a miracle. They know God has the power to heal him, but that’s really the last hope at this point. This is really bad.”

Khloe reportedly flew two of Lamar’s children from a previous marriage out from New York to see their father in the hospital where he’s remained unresponsive since arriving via airlift yesterday (October 13).

Lamar was found unconscious at a Nevada brothel yesterday, where he'd been partying since Saturday (October 10). After calling 911 and being told to turn Lamar onto his side, a manager at the brothel noticed a “mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth.”

Cocaine and opiates were reportedly found in Lamar’s system, and he has since suffered “a couple of strokes” since he was initially discovered yesterday.
