Travis Barker has big news for Blink 182 fans and Kid Cudi fans alike -- Blink 182 will hit the road for a full tour later this year, and they're taking Cudi along for the ride! Not only that, but Blink's first album in eight years will also make its way to fans in 2011.

“We are talking about taking Kid Cudi out for an amazing tour we may have planned for later this year,” Barker tells MTV News, adding that the band's much-anticipated follow-up to 2003's 'Blink-182' will hit stores in “June or July.”

“Here’s the thought process for the album,” Barker began. “Build 20 songs, pick 12 we love, and then concentrate on those 12 songs until they’re done, and then our album’s finished. And it’s definitely coming close," the Blink drummer says. "I think it’s where you would think Blink would be right now if you left off with our last album with us, and you follow each of our careers, and you know what we’ve done [since]."

We know Blink 182 fans have been hot on the heels of the band in anticipation of new music -- and while nothing is set in stone yet, we hope Barker wouldn't spill the beans without being sure!
