Kid Cudi has called a truce in his ongoing custody dispute with his baby mama over their daughter. According to TMZ, the rhyme-slinger has agreed to surrender full custody of his daughter Vada after a yearlong battle for joint custody.

Cudi said that he bought a home in the Chicago area just so he could be close to his daughter and provided generous child support. However, the child mother's disagrees. In court papers, Cudi's baby mama states that Cudi has only provided "sporadic and inconsistent amounts" of money and accuses him of being a deadbeat dad. She also claimed that Cudi has violent tendencies and a "long history of consistent drug and alcohol abuse."

On Aug. 3, the former couple came to a resolution with the ex-lover granted full custody of Vada. In return, Cudi will have visitation rights and will provide continual child support.

Despite this piece of bad news, Cudi did give fans some good news concerning his upcoming album 'Indicud.' The 'Day 'n' Nite' rapper has recorded songs with Kendrick Lamar and Common. “Me and Kendricks jam is called ‘Solo Dolo Part II.’ Produced by me, again. Ima spank the worlds a-- w this album man. Ull see ho,” he tweeted. "Ohhh got Common on the album," he added. "Joint produced by [88-Keys] and [Dot da Genius]."

Kid Cudi's 'Indicud' album is scheduled for release in 2013.
