When Kim Kardashian and Kanye West buy a house, they do it big.

After the massive renovations to the Bel-Air home they bought in 2013 were taking too long to complete, the superstars decided instead to sell the house and purchase a new one in Hidden Hills, Calif. for a cool $20 million, Us Weekly reports.

The superstar couple will have plenty of room to play with daughter North West as the mansion apparently boasts almost 16,000 square feet, according to the magazine's sources. The home is also close to Kardashian's mom Kris Jenner, who generously housed the family for over a year as their previous home was renovated.

In addition to the massive amount of square footage, Kimye's new mansion also features a vineyard, not one, but two pools, and an "insanely massive entertainment pavilion."

The West fam reportedly plan to move into the house as it stands, with no plans for any other renovations. It looks like they learned their lesson from their previous purchase, which included renovations like turning it into a 14,000-square foot Italian villa with a movie theater, gym, beauty salon, bowling alley and much more.
