Last night’s episode of 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' revealed that Kim Kardashian and her one-year-old daughter, North West, were racially targeted by another passenger on a plane ride.

The 33-year-old reality star recounted to her sister Khloe the upsetting flight she and her mother Kris Jenner took from Vienna, Austria, back home to Los Angeles. “Mom had the baby, I fell asleep, I woke up to this woman screaming, ‘Kanye West’s baby!’ The woman is screaming at my child, I jump up,” she was telling Khloe before her younger sis interrupted with, “I would’ve punched her in the face.”

“No, we were on a plane, I wanted to. It was crazy,” Kim said.

Kris jumped in to continue telling the story: “This lady stood up in the cabin in first class and yelled at the top of her longs, ‘She’s with a black guy, and that baby is black! And you need to shut that black baby up!’”

According to the Huffington Post, Kim then explained that the pilot confronted the woman and told her they were going to call the Los Angeles Police Department once the plane landed, and that the woman’s husband eventually got her to quiet down.

The disturbing plane ride home followed an equally upsetting occurrence in Vienna, where a man showed up to a formal ball in black face and pretended to be Kanye in front of Kim. It sounds like one nightmarish trip for both Kim and North.

Some good did come out of both incidents -- Kim was inspired to write a blog post condemning racism, after experiencing it on behalf of her husband Kanye and their one-year-old daughter.
