Kings of Leon are officially ready to move on from their ongoing feud with 'Glee' creator Ryan Murphy.

The band has accepted Murphy's apology after he called the rockers out for refusing to grant the hit series the rights to 'Use Somebody.' "I'm glad he said something," Kings of Leon frontman Caleb Followill says in a statement to Billboard. "We don't hold grudges."

It all started when Murphy called the band "self-centered a--holes" in a THR cover story on 'Glee.' The band's drummer, Nathan Followill, responded to the comments on his Twitter page, suggesting Murphy "see a therapist, get a manicure, [and] buy a new bra."

Murphy backtracked his initial comments to The Hollywood Reporter, saying, "I think Kings of Leon are cool as s--- … We'd love to do one if their songs, if they were ever interested. But if it's not their thing, then OK. I personally wish them luck will still listen to their music.”

The members of Kings of Leon were happy to hear Murphy’s apology and are anxious to move forward from the entire subject matter. "I'll just be glad when I can check my Google alerts and don't have to read anything about us and 'Glee,'" says Nathan Followill. "That'll be a wonderful feeling."

Kings of Leon are not the only band to turn down having their tunes in the musical comedy. In recent months both the Foo Fighters and Slash have also declined their involvement on the show.
