Were your favorite K-pop acts dealt the cold shoulder by the 2018 MTV Video Music Awards? It's time to right that wrong — vote for the year's best in South Korean pop (eligible between July 2017 and July 2018) as part of PopCrush's very first KPMAs. Check back on August 20 to see who's named the winner in each of our 10 categories!

In a global industry that's been responsible for some of the most iconic music videos of all time, from Psy's "Gangnam Style," to 2NE1's "I Am the Best," to BIGBANG's "Fantastic Baby" and beyond, K-pop continued its stream of delivering mesmerizing, high-energy, emotional, creative and memorable music videos this year from a variety of diverse South Korean artists.

While it was difficult to narrow the nominees for Video of the Year down to just a handful, these five videos couldn't be ignored, and will likely be remembered by fans for generations to come.

The nominees for PopCrush's KPMAs Video of the Year include:

BTS, "Fake Love"

Momoland, “BBoom BBoom”

SHINee, “Good Evening”

Red Velvet, “Bad Boy”

GOT7, “Look”

Below, place your vote for Video of the Year! Poll closes Friday, August 17 at noon EST. Winners will be announced on Monday, August 20.
