Lady Gaga is already thinking about Christmas! The ever-eccentric, totally visual singer has partnered with high end department store Barneys for the holiday season. The New York City flagship store will dedicate its entire fifth floor men's department to a display called Gaga's Workshop, a Christmas department that Gaga herself will design. Move over, Santa. This is Gaga's version of Santa's place of business.

The display will be active from mid-November through Jan. 2, with the store's Madison Avenue window display decorated with theme of the workshop. Will Gaga show up, dressed as an elf or Mrs. Claus, complete with thigh high, 12 inch platform boots, sitting on Rudolph? You can't put it past her to do that.

The singer will also develop a range of limited edition gifts for the store along with her Haus of Gaga cohort Nicola Formichetti. These gifts will include candies, toys, apparel, accessories and cosmetics, as well as Gaga-curated books and music.

Some of the highlights include jewelry made of rock candy; lipsticks in special red or pink shades, which are utterly Gaga-esque; lip-shaped, hand-painted dark chocolate; and a Rubik's Cube exclusive to this collaboration. You will want to stock up on these items for the Gaga fan in your life. In keeping with the spirit of Christmas, which is about giving more than receiving, 25 percent of the proceeds of the sale of these items with be donated to a Gaga-chosen charity.

In a chat with fashion trade WWD, Barney's CEO Mark Lee said, "Holiday is about joy, sharing and inclusiveness, and to me, Gaga really represents all of that." He acknowledged that the Mother Monster is "about positivity, individuality and universality in a very today way." Ain't that the truth.

Lee believes that the limited edition gift items will be hot sellers for fans and consumers of all ages, races, sexes, genders and creeds, saying, "There are a lot of things for fans of all ages, for kids and kids at heart. I think our existing and new customers will find fun things to share and give as gifts in a lighthearted and not so serious way."

We're predicting a sell-out on all items.

Gaga-at-Barneys is another huge coup for the superstar. New York City is her hometown, so this partnership probably resonates that much more for her. Ma and Pa Germanotta, who reside uptown, are probably so proud.
