Lady Gaga’s Little Monsters Celebrate Birthday With Fan Art on Tumblr

Lady Gaga turned 26 on March 28. While PopCrush celebrated our love for the Mother Monster by counting down 10 reasons that 2012 would be a banner year for her, the little monsters took to Tumblr to create fan art and wish her a happy birthday via their drawings. The lil' ones are quite a creative bunch, as they posted some amazing, arresting pieces of art.

Our favorites is the one to the left, featuring Ma Monster in a turquoise wig (a look she rocked last summer) while eating a bowl of spaghetti with candles in it, marking the occasion. Since she speaks at length about her Italian heritage and about having pasta dinners at Casa Germanotta, it's an appropriate image made with love and care, and in consideration of what Gaga says. The caption 'Born This Day' was also super sweet. We're sure she loves it.

The image of her fire-shooting bra is also hilarious, as cone-shaped birthday hats have been superimposed. The unicorn design is also majestic, like Gaga herself.

The woman born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was aware of the monsters celebrating her birthday with her, whether close or far. She did issue a tweet about how she was enjoying her day:
