After month of teaser info and super short clips, a tweet of a mysterious still photo from the shoot and an artsy prelude, the always-keeps-us-guessing Lady Gaga has revealed the premiere date for the 'Marry the Night' video. The vid is set to debut on Thursday night (Dec. 1) on E! It'll be a busy week for the Mother Monster, who is also set to perform at the Grammy nominations show on Wednesday night.

Gaga's tweet was simple: "Marry The Night" Video will premiere this Thursday on E!"

She spoke about the video, which was shot in the New York area and which she directed herself, in her forthcoming Vanity Fair cover story, saying that the video is autobiographical and her most personal clip to date. She also said she relived "the worst day of my life" for the video. Gaga is nothing if not dedicated to her art and if she has to suffer for it, so be it. She described the video as "chaotic and sad. But I don’t want it to be safe."

Gaga safe? We didn't think those two words belonged in the same sentence when it comes to her art.

Tune in to E! on Thursday night to enjoy the full 'Marry the Night' video.
