On June 6, 2011, Lady Gaga was honored at the 2011 CFDA Fashion Awards. As you can see from these pictures, the power diva has become known for her eccentric and outlandish high-fashion choices. The award show was set up to glorify all of the biggest names in fashion; and aside from Lady Gaga, the audience at NYC's Lincoln Center was chock full of designers and fashion icons, from Diane von Furstenberg to Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour.

Lady Gaga arrived at the awards show wearing a cropped turquoise wig, giant platform shoes, and Thierry Mugler skin-tight black dress with a train, which was later removed to show off the singer's bare bottom. Gaga received the prestigious Fashion Icon Award from the Council of Fashion Designers of America. Gaga was a little 'Starstruck' during her speech, emotionally telling the famed faces in the audience, "All of you made me feel like a star before I was. As much as this award means to me personally ... I just want you to know how much this means to young Americans." Scroll through these pictures and let us know what you thought of her outfit.
