Lady Gaga’s Team on New Album: ‘Look Out for the Unexpected’
Vincent Herbert, a member of Lady Gaga's business and management team, has piped up about the Mother Monster's third album and the follow-up to 'Born This Way.'
She is hard at work on the music while touring her butt off, since there is no rest for Gaga. Herbert made a bold statement about the new material, saying, 'Look out for the unexpected when it comes to her" in regards to the new disc.
So Gaga has a few tricks and surprises up her leather and latex sleeve. As if we expected anything less.
Herbert also told That Grape Juice that she's working on "insane, great records…We're doing it on the road right now, so it's very hard, but it's going to be great."
Gaga is using her time on tour to work on her music – that's a dedicated pop star, since life on the road is a grueling grind. But this is Gaga we're talking about, people. She's no mere mortal. She'll sleep when she's dead. Her life force comes from writing and performing music and entertaining her little monsters. Without it, she'd go nuts. So it's a fair trade off for her.
And yes, we're super excited to hear what she comes up with for album No. 3.
In other Gaga news, the Mother Monster just notched her 25 millionth Twitter follower. Yes, 25 million. It's like at this point, who doesn't follow Gaga on Twitter? That is one social media domain where she reigns supreme.
She acknowledged the Twitter milestone, posting: "#25milliontweetymonsters wow! I'm officially feeling like the luckiest girl in the world today. Last sold out show in Singapore in 2 hrs!"
