Kardashians + Jenners Post Messages of Support for Lamar Odom

Two time NBA champion Lamar Odom remains unresponsive at a Las Vegas hospital after being found unconscious at a Nevada brothel this past Tuesday (October 13). Several members of the Kardashian and Jenner families, as well as other celebrities who know Lamar, have posted messages of support for the athlete on various forms of social media.

The Kardashians-Jenners have remained the most vocal, as the family grew close to Lamar following his marriage to Khloe Kardashian. According to E! News, Khloe is Lamar's legal next of kin. Despite separating two years ago, Khloe has reportedly been tasked with making medical decisions for Lamar as their divorce has yet to be finalized. (The former couple failed to sign their divorce papers until earlier this July, and a judge has yet to declare the divorce official.)

Khloe has not said anything publicly about Lamar or his health status, though according to various media outlets she has remained by his side since flying out to Vegas upon initially hearing of his condition Tuesday night. Khloe also reportedly arranged to have two of Lamar's children flown out from New York to see their father.

Kourtney and Rob Kardashian as well as Kris, Kendall and Kylie Jenner have all posted their support to Lamar online.

According to E! News, a loss of oxygen reportedly forced Lamar to suffer from what some are calling an ischemic stroke, which is caused by a blood clot that prevents blood from flowing to the brain. A source told the publication, “Likely there’s brain damage, but they’re not sure how much. Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system."

PEOPLE magazine reports that Lamar is breathing with the help of a ventilator, but that his condition has not improved since his arrival at the hospital. A source said, "Everyone wanted to hope for the best, but nothing has changed. Now they are preparing for the worst."
