Lauren Alaina Performs ‘Georgia Peaches’ on ‘Ellen’

There's nothing sweeter than Georgia peaches, as 'American Idol' runner up Lauren Alaina has proven repeatedly as she promotes her new single with live TV appearance after live TV appearance. The teen, who unleashed her debut album 'Wildflower' on the world this month, sang 'Georgia Peaches' with a big ol' smile on Ellen DeGeneres' namesake show today.

Miss Alaina took the stage looking as fit and fancy as ever, with her hair blown stick-straight, sporting shoulder-grazing earrings and a frilly purple top with leopard print leggings tucked into knee-high boots. She looks way older than her 16 years, but not in an inappropriate or jail bait sort of way, either!

Alaina is super adorable and she can sing like your favorite veteran diva. With each passing performance, Alaina is growing by leaps and bounds and has come a long way since we "met" her at the 'Idol' auditions back in January, which was when Steven Tyler proclaimed her "the one!"

Don't you just love her hand movements when she's singing this perky song? She is so full of Southern spunk. Lauren Alaina is probably the sweetest Georgia peach around!
