Lea Michele has left the
Glee set with one powerful memento --
Cory Monteith's football jersey.

The actress shared a picture of herself walking out of the sound stage carrying a giant frame containing her late boyfriend's football jersey, which was made famous by his character Finn Hudson. She captioned the sentimental photo, "One last thing," along with the heart emoji. You can check it out above.

Monteith tragically died at the age of 31 on July 13, 2013. The bright young star, who had previously been open about his battle with drug addiction, was found dead in his hotel room after an overdose. Michele, who had been dating Monteith both on and off-screen, has spoken out about the unimaginably painful loss, penning several songs about her late boyfriend. And of course, Gleeks will never forget "The Quarterback," the incredibly emotional tribute episode dedicated to the actor, whose character died on the show as well.

Before wrapping the series, Lea Michele wrote a series of tweets reflecting about her time on the show:

Glee is currently in its sixth and final season. The two-hour long series finale will air on March 20. Are you ready to say goodbye?
