In what was one of the biggest sports stories of the year, Sports Illustrated landed the exclusive report that Lebron James will be leaving the Miami Heat and returning to the Cleveland Cavaliers for the upcoming 2014-2015 season.

James began his NBA career in Cleveland before leaving in 2010, where he joined the Miami Heat in a controversial move that left many Cleveland fans soured. There, he led the team to four NBA Finals where they won back-to-back championships. After the Heat fell to the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals in June, James announced that he was opting out of his contract with the Heat, and became an unrestricted free agent.

With James' announcement that he plans on returning and staying with Cleveland until he retires, many basketball fans took to Twitter to post their reactions.
