Not everyone was happy with Lil Wayne's tirade last week in which he dissed the NBA and the Miami Heat team. Rapper Pitbull, who is a proud Miami native, decided to give Weezy a piece of his mind on the hometown song, 'Welcome 2 Dade County.'

While Pitbull doesn't throw any real shots at Weezy, he does reiterate that he loves Miami to the fullest. "I'm self-made / I'm self-paid / I grew up with no daddy / I'm from Miami-Dade," he spits over Baauer's No. 1 hit single, 'Harlem Shake.'

However, Pitbull does issue a warning to the Young Money leader to watch his mouth when it comes to his beloved city. "You got money, yeah / Yeah, that’s sweet / But we all know Slim and Baby really eat / You talk Miami, if you talking Heat / Moral of the story, don’t s--- where you eat," he raps.

In Weezy's defense, he did recant his previous remarks and insisted that he wasn't disparaging the 305. “As far as the city of Miami, I do wanna apologize for the misunderstanding and whatever has everybody thinking that I have something against the city, because that’s totally wrong,” he told Miami radio station 99 Jamz. “These people accepted me with open arms since day one, since I was a Hot Boy. It’s just totally sports, this ain’t got nothing to do with the city of Miami."

Nevertheless, it's good to hear Pitbull show some hometown pride on Baauer's chart-topping dance hit. Dalé!
