Lil Wayne Says He’s All Good Now [Video]

Following a severe bout of seizures (and a possible sizzurp overdose), Lil Wayne was in rough shape -- but now, not only is he out of the hospital, he's better than ever. He took to a profanity-laden but cheerful to video to announce his recovery to his fans.

Interestingly enough, Weezy released the video to TMZ ... the same outlet that was blasted for blowing his health problems out of proportion.

"What's poppin y'all?" Weezy asked, clutching a lollipop (of course). "Tunechi in this b----. I just wanted to say thank y'all for all y'all prayers, all y'all concerns," he said earnestly. "I swear I felt that love when I was laid up in that motherf---in' hospital bed. But I want y'all to know I'm good!"

In fact, he said he's "more than good." Weezy then took an opportunity to plus his upcoming album and tour -- as well as to have a sitdown chat with his BFF T.I. We're so happy he's all better. And we hope he gets some of that delicious barbecue he and Tip are looking forward to so much. Just don't doublecup anything while you're cookin' out, okay?
