The final episode of Lindsay Lohan's eponymous and fraught-with-drama reality show for OWN offered a HUGE reveal. The struggling actress confessed that she had a recent miscarriage.

The last episode aired on Sunday night (April 20) and the revelation that Lohan had been expecting but lost the baby came in the final, fleeting moments of the finale. La Lohan confirmed that she had the miscarriage during a break in the show's filming schedule.

"No one knows this, and we can finish after this, I had a miscarriage for the two weeks that I took off," Lohan, 27 revealed amid tears (quotes via PEOPLE). Lohan infamously held up production on the series for two weeks and says that is when the miscarriage occurred.

She paused and then said, "It's a very long story."

It was a very long story that Lohan, who was shown to be battling lots of demons and temptations throughout the docuseries, did not share. She did not even reveal who the father of the unborn child is/was, either. Both these omissions make us wonder if Oprah will consider Season 2 and if Lohan will come clean through an interview.

Explaining her mindset during that period, she said, "I was sick. And mentally that messes with you."

Poor Lindsay. She also explained how she felt betrayed by the lovers list being leaked, since that was a personal note shared with her sponsor in rehab. The OWN series didn't always paint her in a positive light, either, as she attempts to reboot her career. It was Lindsay, warts and all, but having a miscarriage in the middle filming had to be such a blow for her.
