Lindsay Lohan came clean last night (April 6) on her self-titled documentary show, admitting that she ‘screwed up’ by recently veering from her sobriety.

The 27-year-old actress, who finished her rehab treatment last July, relayed to the cameras that she had a glass of wine over dinner with the person that she was dating, rumored to be Liam Dean, Liam Neeson’s son. The event took place over a month previous to filming and is Lohan’s first admission to breaking her vow to keep away from drugs and alcohol.

Lohan’s confession followed a confrontation between Lohan and her life coach A.J. Johnson on the most recent episode of ‘Lindsay.’ Johnson asked Lohan if she has been drinking, having been tipped off by Lohan’s own mother, Dina. Lohan was visibly upset, berating Johnson for bringing up such a personal issue in front of the cameras.

The relationship between Lohan and Johnson continued to deteriorate during the hour-long episode, ultimately ending in Johnson resigning from her position.

“I can’t help someone when they’re not open to receiving,” Johnson said of her departure (via Radar Online).

Lohan later opened up about her brief fall off the wagon. “Being in recovery and leaving a place where you’re in this little bubble, and everything is safe around you -- it’s really hard,” she said of transitioning out of rehab. “I wasn’t considering the fact that the person I was seeing does drink. And I had a glass of wine ... and that was it.”

The recovering star admitted that she “had so much guilt” from her action, but she’s accepted that she made a mistake and is working on tactics to move forward and ensure she has no further relapses.

We’re wishing you the best, Lindsay!
