According to TIME, Lindsay Lohan is reportedly attempting to include a few times she met and hung out with fans in London as counting toward her community service hours. Lindsay was first charged with reckless driving back in 2012 and was to complete 80 hours of community service as part of her sentencing.

It looks like she's trying to use the time she spent with fans during her stay in London as she performed in the stage production, 'Speed-the-Plow,' as part of those 80 hours. Lindsay's lawyer reportedly tried to use the off-the-cuff meet-and-greets as part of her fulfillment, but the prosecutor, Terry White, was not quite as lenient.

He said, "I’d love to hang out with a celebrity all day and see their life, but that’s not community service." If he can prove that Lindsay did not fulfill her community service hours on time it may result in jail time for the 'Mean Girls' actress.

What do you guys think? Should hanging out with fans count as community service?
