Following the death of lead singer Chester Bennington, who took his own life late Wednesday night (July 19), Linkin Park has cancelled the remainder of their tour dates.

In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, Live Nation shared, "We are incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Chester Bennington. The Linkin Park One More Light North American Tour has been canceled and refunds are available at point of purchase. Our thoughts go out to all those affected."

On Thursday (July 20), the Linkin Park frontman's bandmates, Mike Shinoda and Dave Phoenix Farrell, expressed their shock and heartache on Twitter.

On Friday (July 21), it was revealed that Bennington's death was reported to authorities as a "suicide by hanging."
