Louis Tomlinson Lashes Out at The Mirror Over Story About Father’s Wish to Reconcile

Louis Tomlinson is miffed at the British media. The One Direction cutie issued a wake up cup of "eff you" – actually, an angry Tweet -- to The Mirror after it published an interview with his estranged father, who is desperately trying to reconcile with his son.

Troy Austin, LT's biological dad, split with his mum Johanna when the boy was just two. Austin is attempting to make amends with Tomlinson, 21, but the 1D hunk is not having any of it, thank you very much.

In the Sunday edition of The Mirror, Austin acknowledged that it might seem as though he is trying to reignite contact with his son because of his newfound fame and fortune, but insists such is not the case. Mmm hmmmmmmmm...

"I know people will think I’m only interested in being part of his life again because he’s rich and famous," Austin said." But it’s not about that. I’m his dad. We’re flesh and blood and nothing can change that. I’m so proud of him I could burst."

Austin also proclaimed, "I would love to see him again and have a proper relationship with him. What dad wouldn't? But it’s up to him."

Clearly, Tomlinson doesn’t share those feelings, after issuing this tweet. He basically said screw the paper and his dad, but thanks to Directioners for being the glue that keeps him and the band together.

Way to tell us how you really feel, Louis! Maybe LT and Adele can get together and discuss their deadbeat dad issues.
