Lupe Fiasco and Trey Songz hit the stage at the 2011 MTV Movie Awards on Sunday to perform 'Out of My Head' live from the Gibson Amphitheater in Universal City, Calif.

The appearance marked the television debut of the hip-hop and R&B stars' collaborative single, but the duo didn't stop there. They also performed Fiasco's 'Lasers' song 'The Show Goes On' for the star-studded audience.

Songz rose up from beneath the stage to set off the live rendition of the just-released single before Fiasco joined him with his verse. The audience was on its feet, and stars like Emma Rose and Hailee Steinfeld were shown enjoying the twosome's show. Later, a sheer curtain dropped, revealing a full band for 'The Show Goes On.'

The two artists were one of two musical performances of the evening, not including host Jason Sudeikis' made-up movie song medley. Earlier in the night, the Foo Fighters rocked the stage with a rendition of their latest single, 'Walk.'

'Out of My Head' is the third single from the Chicago native's third studio album, which was released in March. Fiasco and Songz are set to shoot a music video for the song in June.
