Mac Miller is getting into the reality television business. The Pittsburgh rhyme-spitter has teamed up with MTV2 for his very own reality show. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the six-part series will follow the rapper as he starts to work on his second album and adjusts to his new life in Los Angeles.

Miller was eager to create a show that will allow his fans inside his recording process of his upcoming second album 'Watching Movies with the Sound Off.' "It's very cool," says Miller about his series in a press release. "Being an independent artist, I think it's important to find different ways to bring attention to what you are doing. With 'Watching Movies' coming out, I just want to do whatever I can to make sure everybody hears that."

The Mac-ster also wants to give fans a sneak peak of what he does outside of music. Along with Tree Jay, Q and the rest of his crew, expect a lot of wacky good fun on the show.

"It's a little look into my life... well, all the stuff you can show on TV," Miller said. "I have been living in my studio for months working on my album, so the show kind of forced me to get out of that room and go do something entertaining."

Miller had quite an entertaining 2012. The 'Missed Calls' rapper teamed up with fellow Pittsburgh rhymer Wiz Khalifa for the sold-out Under the Influence of Music Tour this past summer.

We wish Mac Miller the best of luck with his reality TV venture.
