Machine Gun Kelly's struggles with the law made the news last August, when the rapper's instigation of a flash mob led to his arrest in Cleveland. Now he has a new item on his rap sheet: an arrest for disorderly conduct in Florida.

Kelly, who played a show in St. Petersburg Saturday night (Jan. 28), was picked up by the Pinellas County police a little after 4AM on Sunday. He later tweeted about the arrest, saying, "Just spent my entire night in a f---ing Florida jail...s--- escaladed way too quick last night, it always does with us though."

According to TMZ's report, Kelly posted his $100 bond and was released after a few hours, so "entire night" might be overstating things a little -- but whatever happened, he's doubtless happy to be back on the road instead of cooling his heels in a jail cell.

Kelly will have a little downtime to clear things up with the cops; his next tour stop, in Los Angeles, is scheduled for Feb. 8. Here's hoping he can stay out of trouble in the meantime!
