Marc Anthony is wrapping up an emotional year by taking a Christmas trip to the Dominican Republic -- but he isn't going alone: TMZ reports that the pop star brought his entire 14-person staff with him, treating them to an amazing all-expenses-paid vacation they'll never forget.

Anthony and his entourage are also taking some time out for the less fortunate while they're on the island, visiting the Niños de Cristo orphanage in La Romana. How's that for holiday spirit?

It's all Anthony's way of saying "thank you" for a year of hard work from his staff, who no doubt had their hands full fielding calls and dodging paparazzi in the wake of the singer's split from his wife Jennifer Lopez over the summer. While we have no doubt it added up to a lot of long hours for Anthony's crew, five nights at an exclusive resort are bound to take the edge off.

Anthony can currently be heard with Pitbull on the hit single 'Rain Over Me,' which gave him his record-setting 20th No. 1 hit on Billboard's Tropical Songs chart.
