There are plenty of modern mysteries, but now we can scratch Moroccan Scott and Monroe off the list. Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon announced via Twitter that they'll finally show the public "Dem Babies."

The twins, born in April, will make their debut on a '20/20' interview with their proud mama and papa this Friday, Oct. 21, on ABC.

While Carey and Cannon have no problems posing for cameras, it's understandable why they'd want to shield their babies from the flashes and fame for a while. Whether the motives for the wait were financial (stars can negotiate big bucks for first baby photos) or moral (they're babies, not paychecks!), we're glad it's over, because the tots must be adorable. Debuting "Dem Babies" on the couple's own terms will also prevent paparazzi from getting out of hand later on.

Mariah offered a tease of baby Monroe this summer, and she was camera shy! That's one thing the little lady certainly did not get from her mom.
