'Moves Like Jagger' has found its way to the top of the charts. The duet between Maroon 5 and Christina Aguilera shoots to No. 1 this week on the Billboard Hot 100, knocking off Katy Perry's record-tying hit 'Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).'

The song jumps up from No. 4 to become the second chart-topper for Maroon 5, joining 2007's 'Makes Me Wonder.' It's the fifth time Aguilera has held down the top spot, but her first since the 2001 'Moulin Rouge' smash 'Lady Marmalade' with Pink, Lil Kim and Mya.

'Moves Like Jagger' could be considered the first No. 1 hit spawned by the reality singing competition 'The Voice.' While the world waits for 'Voice' champion Javier Colon and his fellow contestants to release their first albums, celebrity coaches Adam Levine and Aguilera ended up being the first people associated with the show to reach No. 1. They debuted the song live on 'The Voice' back in June.

Levine earns a double dose of good news this week, as the Gym Class Heroes song 'Stereo Hearts,' featuring Levine singing the chorus, breaks into the Top 10 for the first time.

Further down the chart, two superstars see big gains as a result of their VMA performances. Lady Gaga's 'You and I' jumps from No. 35 to No. 16, while Adele's 'Someone Like You' races from No. 34 to No. 19.
