Matthew Morrison Reveals That Someone Will Die in ‘Glee’ Season 2

The 'Glee' cast members better watch their backs, according to Matthew Morrison. The actor spilled that someone is going to die on the show, hence the 'Funeral' episode, which airs on May 17.

E! Online caught up with Mr. Schue, and he dished that he and Emma will get closer towards the end of Season 2, but he also dropped a bomb on us: Someone is actually going to die this season! "Someone is dying, but obviously I'm not going to tell you who it is! But it's no one that you would probably expect," Morrison says, adding that the cast spent a full day this past weekend filming in a funeral home.

We can't think of anyone that we would 'expect' to die, but we're happy to wager a few guesses. It's unlikely that any of the main glee club kids will be six feet under come May, but what about their principal, Mr. Figgins? Or perhaps Kurt's dad, Burt, will be the one to go since he had a heart attack in the 'Grilled Cheesus' episode back in October.

Whichever 'Glee' character is scheduled to bite the dust is beyond us -- but we'll be tuned in to FOX on May 17 to find out, you can count on that. First, catch the all-new 'Rumours' episode airing this Tuesday, May 3.
