Mel B momentarily brought out her Scary Spice side on Thursday (September 9) during an appearance on The Late Late Show.

When asked by host James Corden about why Victoria Beckham and Melanie C would not be participating in her, Geri Horner and Emma Bunton's forthcoming Spice Girls 20th reunion plans, Brown playfully quipped, "'Cause the other two b---hes didn't want to do it!"

The America's Got Talent judge, who told Corden that the three Spice Girls-formed subgroup GEM would "perform and celebrate together" (likely starting in London since they're a British band), quickly clarified that she was only joking, of course.

"Let me correct that. My other two fellow lovely ladies..." Brown amended.

"Victoria’s busy with her great fashion line and Mel C’s doing her own album," she further explained. "So they gracefully said, 'You know, you three, you go ahead and do it.' We’re girl power, we support each other. So us three went, 'Okay, well then, let’s just us three do it.'"

And despite the five becoming a threesome (they need some love like they never needed love before...), Brown revealed that she, Ginger and Baby Spice have no plans to spice up their act with any additional Spices without Beckham and Chisholm, whose new album is due October, in the mix.

"I don’t think we could ever replace Sporty or Posh," she said. "But I’d like to invite some people up on stage with us. That would be fun!"

So, which sort of guests could the three Spices possibly invite onstage with them? Spice Girls "Wannabe" and Carpool Karaoke queen Adele is always an option, as is "2 Become 1" lover Lady Gaga, who teamed up with Baby Spice herself on Thursday for a very intimate micro-duet of the tune.
