Time to croon and swoon. Canadian singer Michael Buble, who is expecting his first child with wife Luisiana Lopilato, will breathe life into something else this year and that's his sixth studio album. 'To Be Loved' is scheduled to be released on April 23, with first single 'It's a Beautiful Day' dropping Feb. 25.

Buble has been sharing snippets of the 'It's a Beautiful Day' video in 10-second increments, which you can watch below to get an idea of and a feel for the upbeat track. He co-wrote the song, as well.

The album was recorded in Vancouver and Los Angeles and is a mixed bag of standards and originals. All four originals were co-penned by Buble.' The new song 'After All' was co-written by Buble's fellow Canadian, rocker Bryan Adams.

Buble also offers his take on the Bee Gees' 'To Love Somebody,' as well as Dean Martin's 'Nevertheless (I'm in Love With You),' the Jackson 5's 'Who's Loving You' and Elvis Presley's 'Have I Told You Lately,' among others.

Perhaps most interestingly and most WTF'ish, actress Reese Witherspoon duets with Buble on 'Something Stupid,' the classic Frank and Nancy Sinatra song.

About the album, Buble said, "My new record is about love, happiness, fun and yummy things. Getting to work with my friend and longtime collaborator Bob Rock, who produced the entire album, was very exciting. We’re a good team. I love the songs we selected this time out. It was also terrific working once again with my songwriting partners."

Yummy things, huh? He can include himself, since he is indeed yummy!

Buble's holiday CD 'Christmas' was the second biggest selling disc of 2011 – Adele was tops, of course, with '21' -- as it shifted a whopping 7 million CDs globally.
