Miley Cyrus got a new tattoo, ya'll! Do the shenanigans ever stop with this one?

The 'Party in the U.S.A.' singer was spotted recently in leggings and a midriff baring top, when, oh look at that! A new tattoo strangely appeared on her inner left forearm. The tattoo she decided on is a quote by former President Theodore Roosevelt that reads, "So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat." Deep, Miley.

This historical quote marks Miley's 15th tattoo at just 19 years old. While we're normally all for tattoos, we think it's time that Miley cuts her ink habit. We all know getting a tattoo can be addicting, and she sure seems to be heading down the road of tattoo rehab if she keeps it up.

In non-tattoo news, the singer/actress changed her Twitter picture to that of her and fiance Liam Hemsworth. The two are canoodling in the black and white pic and the young bride-to-be is showing off her engagement ring. We can't even believe what an attractive couple they make!

Sidenote.. fellow PopCrush writer Jessica wants to know what's up with Miley and her 24/7 top knots. We don't know girl. We just don't know.
