Miley Cyrus Dyes Hair Ash Blue

Miley Cyrus isn't content to let the chop heard 'round the world be the extent of her shocking hairstyles. The singer/actress has gone progressively shorter and blonder in recent months, since hacking off her shoulder-length locks in August. Now, she is showing off an ash blue hue. It's certainly unusual.

Cyrus, who looked stunning last week at Elton John's Oscar party, rocking a white blond faux hawk, looks like she dipped her head in blue paint while out and about in Los Angeles. The back is still white blonde, but it's a bit of an ashy, aqua on top, depending on how the light hits it.

Cyrus was cute in a black belly shirt, black chinos and black ballet flats but she stood out thanks to her blue hair and that crimson lipstick shade she chose. It's almost an exotic look for her.

Ever since cutting off her locks, Cyrus' stye has evolved and become edgier. While we doubt the blue hue will be one she sports for a long time, it's certainly her take on punk and it's fun.
