The rest of the world (yes, including us) has had its say on Miley Cyrus' sexy 'Wrecking Ball' video, so now the singer herself is weighing in for the first time. And, well, uh, this is awkward: Her dad is talking, too!

Miley says she not only gets physically naked in the video for the heartbreaking ballad, she gets emotionally naked -- and it's the fact that she's "broken" that she wants viewers to focus on. "If people can take their minds off the obvious and go into their imagination and see what the video really means, it is so vulnerable," she told New York radio station Z100 via phone from London yesterday (Sept. 11).

The Terry Richardson-directed clip, which with 62 million views and counting sets a new Vevo record with every passing minute, does show several closeups of a tearful Miley in among all the shots of her swinging around naked. "If you look at my eyes, I look more sad than actually my voice sounds on the record," she continues. "It was a lot harder to actually do the video than it was to even record the song. It was much more of an emotional experience.”

Meanwhile, her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, took the opportunity to say as little as possible about the actual video, but we think it's likely he's seen it based on his recent comments. "The song's a smash," Billy Ray says. "It wouldn't have mattered if Miley would have worn jeans and a flannel shirt, a tux, or a nun's habit -- her performance vocally on the tune reflects her roots and sheer God-given talent."

And the video shows her God-given everything else!
