In a recent interview with GQ magazine, Billy Ray Cyrus unleashed a wave of mean comments about his daughter, Miley Cyrus. Well, the news has definitely reached Miley, and a close friend of hers has spoken out about Miley's reaction to this betrayal.

In an interview with PopEater, this unnamed source said, "To say Miley is angry is an understatement. She's furious that her own flesh and blood would make a private matter so public. Who does he think he is, Michael Lohan?" We have to agree. Some of the comments Billy Ray made about his daughter in GQ were extremely harsh.

Billy Ray stated that the television show 'Hannah Montana' destroyed his family and his sweet little girl. He even went on to compare Miley to Anna Nicole Smith! Billy Ray began talking about his friend, deceased Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain (weird), and then said, "One more thing about Kurt — Kurt was one of those guys. That's why I'm concerned about Miley. I think that his world was just spinning so fast and he had so many people around him that didn't help him."

"Like Anna Nicole Smith -- you could see that train wreck coming," Cyrus continued. "I was actually trying to reach out to Anna Nicole Smith, because I kept telling Tish and everybody around me, going, 'This is a disaster.' Michael Jackson -- I was trying to reach out to Michael Jackson. I knew he had kids, and I was going to invite his kids down to a taping of 'Hannah' -- I just felt it would be good for Michael. I don't know why."

"This isn't what a father does," the source went on to say. "He never said a bad world about 'Hannah Montana' all those years it made millions for the family, and now that Miley has turned 18 and is making her own decisions, he does this. Unforgivable."
