Miley Cyrus is getting an even more famous father than Billy Ray. The starlet is playing Dracula's daughter in 'Hotel Transylvania.' Maybe this is the new project she teased us about last month!

Entertainment Weekly reports that Cyrus will voice Mavis, the sneaker-clad, goth teenage daughter of the Count, played by Adam Sandler. In the animated flick, Dracula opens a resort for monsters. It starts out successfully -- until a normal, human boy (voiced by 'Saturday Night Live' star Andy Samberg) stops in.

The stellar cast doesn't stop at the comic trio. Kevin James will lumber on as Frankenstein with Fran Drescher as his wife, Eunice; David Spade will play an invisible man named Griffin, Molly Shannon and Steve Buscemi are a werewolf couple and 'The Voice' coach Cee Lo Green gets wrapped up in his own role as Murray the Mummy. The film is scheduled to hit theaters Sept. 21, 2012.

The animated feature will be a good image boost for Cyrus, who has laid low lately following her salvia scandal, smoking habit, arguably overly sexy outfits, underage drinking and family drama. Her younger fans miss her, and this movie seems like a really fun way to get them back!
