- A man who was arrested on the property of Miley Cyrus'  home in Los Angeles has been convicted of trespassing and resisting arrest. Jason Luis Rivera, who was carrying a pair of scissors at the time of his arrest, will serve a year-and-a-half in prison. [TMZ]
