It's time for an intervention because this Justin Bieber business is getting out of hand. More neighbors have come forth and are voicing support for the man who accused The Biebs of threatening and battering him when he complained of the teen's reckless operation of a new Ferrari.

While The Biebs' team claimed the teen did not touch the neighbor, with whom he reportedly engaged in a screaming match, other residents appear to be validating the claim that the teen was driving insanely fast --100 mph! -- and posed a threat to neighborhood kids, many of whom are on spring break, and dogs.

Bieber staffers said that the neighbor was miffed that loud parties were thrown while Bieber was in Europe, but the man, who is a car hobbyist and races vehicles -- disputes that.

He said that he was mad because his wife was walking the dog at 9AM when The Biebs went on his community joy ride and that is what set him off. He doesn't care about the parties, but he was ticked at the rate of speed that The Biebs was driving and it upset him. Other residents have the neighbor's back and seem fed up with Bieber's antics.

As for the battery charge? The neighbor is 5'7" and 135 pounds and said that Bieber initiated physical contact, so that is why he filed the complaint.

This is just another in a long line of Biebs' issues that need to be addressed by Pattie Mallette and Jeremy Bieber -- his parents -- and Scooter Braun, his manager.
