David Guetta is the king of the club. For his newest album 'Nothing but the Beat,' the French DJ recruited an all-star lineup including Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Usher, Dev and many more. If you like to dance or need some good music to get you ready for a night out, download this album as soon as possible!
What's better than watching Coldplay perform live? Watching them perform live in your pajamas in the comfort of your living room! The guys will be performing at 'Live on Letterman' on Sept. 20, and the entire show will be streaming for free online. They'll be performing songs from their upcoming album, 'Mylo Xyloto,' which is slated for release on Oct. 24.
'Who Dat' rapper J. Cole is breaking out of the newcomer mold with his first headlining world tour. Cole, who has opened for Rihanna in the past, will be performing throughout the fall and early December in Canada, Europe, and the US. Tinie Tempah will be joining him for the ride during the European dates, too!
Fans of the former Disney star have been waiting for some new music from Ms. Demi Lovato for a long time. Well, now the wait is over! Her 'Unbroken' LP drops on Sept. 20, and it's available for pre-order on iTunes right now! The album will feature collabos with Timbaland and Missy Elliott, plus her hit single 'Skyscraper.'
As one of the most famous crooners ever, it's no surprise that Tony Bennett was able to reel in some of pop's brightest stars for features on his forthcoming 'Duets II' album. Lady Gaga sings with Bennett on 'The Lady Is a Tramp,' while Mariah Carey and Tony duet together on 'When Do the Bells Ring for Me.' Some other artists on the album include John Mayer, Michael Buble and the late Amy Winehouse. 'Duets II' is available for pre-order, or you can purchase this must have on Sept. 20.
Dun, dun, dun! Simon Cowell is back on television with the US version of his acclaimed singing competition, 'X Factor.' Along with Cowell, Paula Abdul, L.A. Reid, and Nicole Scherzinger will judge contestants of all ages on their singing abilities. You can catch the premiere on Sept. 21 at 8PM EST on FOX. Hey, it could be the next 'American Idol'!
Kelly, 'Since U Been Gone' for the past two years, we have felt so lost! Luckily, the 'American Idol' champ is getting ready to release her new album 'Stronger' on Oct. 24. And guess what? It's available for pre-order now! 'Stronger' will feature Clarkson's latest single, 'Mr. Know It All,' which you can listen to by clicking here.
For their next single off of 'Watch the Throne,' Jay-Z and Kanye West have chosen the Mr. Hudson-featured track 'Why I Love You.' The song samples ‘I Love You So’ by French house music duo Cassius, with Jay-Z being the predominant voice heard on the track. The mid-tempo track is catchy and builds continuously throughout the verses leading into the synth-heavy chorus. We have a feeling you're gonna like 'Why I Love You,' making it a must have for the month of September.
Do you like pop punk? How about mosh pits? What about laughing at bad jokes? Do you enjoy seeing Gerard Way's crazy costumes and flaming red hair? Well, Blink-182 and My Chemical Romance's co-headlining tour will deliver all of these things and more! Not to mention that dance-punk newcomers Matt and Kim will be opening, and their big energy and upbeat songs make for the perfect first taste.
This might be the biggest must have for September 2011. 'Glee' is back on the air Sept. 20, and from the looks of the promos that have been teasing the new batch of episodes, this season will be full of great music and lots of laughs. Even though luscious-lipped hottie Chord Overstreet won't be on the show, we will still get to see the regular recurring cast as well Darren Criss, who has been added as full-fledged cast member. We can't wait! Tune in to FOX on Sept. 20 at 8PM EST to get in on the action.
