Nas Gets Creepy in New Funny or Die Video

Rapper Nas shows off his funny (albeit creepy) side in the ‘Shadows With Nas’ video for the always hilarious comedy site Funny or Die. While most rappers are known for their serious sides, Nas is letting loose by portraying the ominous shadow and/or the voice inside your head.

You know that aura that you never quite know is real or just a product of your active imagination? That’s our pal Nas in this horror parody video, which even features music from the 1992 scary flick ‘Candyman.’

In this silly clip, the rapper is a raspy-voiced presence that resides in a hotel bedroom, hiding behind a curtain. All he wants to do is charge his cell phone, but he ends up taunting the person whose room he is invading.

It’s up to you (and maybe your shadow) to decide whether Nas is spooky, hilarious or both in the video! In other news, Nas is currently working on his upcoming studio album, which will mark the ‘N.Y. State of Mind’ rapper’s 10th LP.
