Ne-Yo's former baby mama is thinking of filing a lawsuit against the singer for comments he made during a VH1 'Behind the Music' special, reports TMZ.

Jesseca White is angry that Ne-Yo talked about their past relationship drama on the show and has retained powerhouse attorney Gloria Allred to pursue legal action. White, you may recall, was the woman who duped Ne-Yo into thinking that he was the father of her son named Chimere (Ne-Yo's given middle name).

After a lengthy court battle, White agreed to have Ne-Yo's name removed from the child’s birth certificate. The former couple also reached a settlement of $575,000 and both signed confidentiality agreements to keep the matter on the hush-hush.

In September 2012, Ne-Yo spoke candidly about the baby-mama drama and his non-paternity case with White on his 'VH1 Behind the Music' special. Now Allred has allegedly sent Ne-Yo a letter stating that he breached the agreement and ruined her client's good name.

Allred claims that White is unable to find work, has filed for state aid and suffers from mental anguish because of Ne-Yo’s remarks about her. White is seeking compensation to resolve the matter or else she is going to drag Ne-Yo into court to let a judge hammer things out.

Neither Ne-Yo nor his attorneys had a comment on the matter.
