Nelly is dropping a free mixtape called 'OEMO' on Christmas Eve that will include his own spin on Drake's 'The Motto.' He's previewing the track with a new video showing him creating the remix in the studio.

The clip shows Nelly hunting down the instrumental music for 'The Motto' from YouTube, then heading behind the mike to deliver his own lyrics. Working without a lyric sheet, he freestyles a few lines, then gets stuck for a few seconds while he tries to complete the thought in his head.

The end of the video features a minute of the completed track in which the 'Hot in Herre' hitmaker spits, "Cameras in my room so I get hella Tivo / You love this sh--, we know / Come back kid, similar to Tim Tebow / Country all damn day, rep the hometown, baby, North Side East St. Louis."

'OEMO' will fill the void between Nelly's last album, 2010's '5.0,' which featured the hit 'Just a Dream,' and his next proper album, expected in 2012. He also remixed Wale's 'Lotus Flower Bomb' for the mixtape and made the song available on his DerrtyTV YouTube channel.
